 This course is perfect for…

• if you are an intermediate level dancer looking to dive deep into Heels technique at an ACCELERATED PACE
• if you are an ADVANCED or PROFESSIONAL level dancer that longs to walk, dance, & express yourself freely in Heels
• if you are searching for a classroom experience with a fast pace and LOTS of feedback.

CLASS structure: 1.5 hour x 4 week series.

• Week 1: Core Technique & Walks
• Week 2: Heels Barre & Turns
• Week 3: Floor Mechanics
• Week 4: Culminating Review and Filming

This class is for anyone wanting to practice pick-up & performance in their heels. There will be a ZTHEORY warm-up & a few across-the-floors or center work, but the majority of the class will be focused on the combination. Julia has some fun ones in store for you & there MAY be a filming opportunity or two for those interested.
