ZTHEORY is a heels dance training and performance company based in Seattle and Los Angeles, founded in 2020 by Natalya Z and Carlie Anderson. Built on a foundation of technique, artistry, and empowerment, ZTHEORY offers an inclusive space for dancers of all levels to grow in confidence and expression. From beginner-friendly intensives to advanced performance opportunities, ZTHEORY blends movement and mindset to support each dancer’s journey. Whether you're stepping into heels for the first time or refining your professional skills, ZTHEORY is a place to feel strong, seen, and creatively free.
