Natalya Z is a dancer, instructor, & choreographer based in Seattle, Washington.
She has been teaching & choreographing for almost 10 years & is well-known in the Washington community for her passionate performances, creative projects, & unique teaching methods. As one of the youngest dancers in the United States to turn professional in the DanceSport industry, Natalya has extensive training & expertise in Ballroom technique. She transitioned out of the intense Ballroom competition circuit to find her voice in the style of Heels Dance. Natalya's love for teaching, expressing & directing in this style has lead her to found ZTHEORY - a brand that focuses on Heels training & femme empowerment through movement & mindset.
At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Natalya began live-streaming her daily training exercises as a way to hold herself accountable for fitness & connect with the community during a difficult time. She was pleasantly surprised by the outpour of support she received for these posts & decided to create a program geared towards daily physical & mental fitness during quarantine.
